Job Summary

As a Crew Member / Sandwich Artist at SUB91, you'll be the face of our outlet — welcoming customers, preparing fresh subs and beverages to SOP standards, and keeping the store running smoothly. It's a great starting role for anyone who loves food, people, and a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide excellent service.
• Take customer orders accurately and recommend add-ons/combo meals.
• Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, and beverages as per SUB91 SOPs.
• Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining area, and workstations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
• Refill ingredients and monitor stock levels.
• Assist in receiving inventory and stock rotation (FIFO).
• Support opening and closing store activities.
• Work effectively with the team to achieve daily sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 10th/12th Pass.
• Freshers are welcome; QSR/F&B experience is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
