Job Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of the outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining food quality, controlling costs, and leading the store team while ensuring compliance with SUB91 operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day outlet operations.
• Lead, motivate, and train the store team.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
• Handle inventory, ordering, stock control, and minimize wastage.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
• Ensure proper cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.
• Monitor labour cost, food cost, and operational expenses.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
• Ensure all statutory and safety compliances are followed.
• Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth business functioning.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Requirements

• Graduate preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in QSR, Café, or Restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and food safety standards.
• Experience with POS systems and basic MS Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
